Gratitude

Wow, what a year! As 2021 glides into the rearview mirror, I have so much for which to be thankful--opportunities, reunions, new relationships, collaborations, and meaningful client projects. Every in-person and face-to-face interaction was a triumph and memorable. Oddly, even many of my virtual calls and meetings felt a little less painful.

My heartfelt thanks to my clients – alongside you, it is rewarding to create value in support of your high performing cultures, teams, and leaders. It is a privilege to support you as you pursue your important missions and initiatives.

I celebrate the growth and accomplishments of the leaders with whom I’ve worked over the past year. Your willingness to dig deep on tough issues, lead with authenticity and vulnerability, and persevere despite strong headwinds are an inspiration. Thank you for the many lessons and insights you’ve shared with me.

Deep appreciation to those of you who have been generous with your wisdom, encouragement, and referrals. Knowing that I have earned your trust and that I have you in my corner every day is a source of motivation and energy.

It’s not lost on me just how fortunate I am to have each of you as a colleague and friend. I look forward to seeing more of all of you in 2022.
